It is my pleasure to discuss Yudaisy. Over the years I have worked with many, but few standouts as Yudaisy does. She organically translates her background and experience into the ability to be extremely effective yet thoughtful, outcome driven yet process oriented. She is organized, clear headed, with an ability to communicate across levels of an organization. When we needed to devise a recruitment and outreach strategy at MLVS, I looked to Yudaisy. She immediately took charge of the project. By understanding the goals and timeline she quickly began creating outreach materials, targeted specific audiences, and began building a base of contact throughout the community both thru development of new contacts and also through utilizing her large network of contacts. The results were swift and soon we achieved our recruitment goals.
Yudaisy is both educator and advocate as an Administrator drawing on a varied toolbox of skills and methodology.
